CRM 9.2 - Send Notification toolbar button for Support is not allowing to send emails to workers.
We have upgraded from CRM 8.9 to 9.2 and have checked most of the set up part related to the issue and compared the data with a Demo instance. When we open an existing case, click Notification button, click Add Recipient, Search and select a Person ID and click Send, the following error message appears. "Failed to create Interaction"
