AutoVue 20.2.2 Desktop version start error

Dear helper

 

 

I want to good advice or help from you guys.

 

 

Our one customer try to using the AutoVue desktop version in their client PC because of they have AutoVue ELA license.

 

 

However autoVue Desktop version does not work because of Error below.'
