Add Level 2 Sub-tab in a standard self service page

Hi everyone,

I have a requirement to add another sub-tab (level 2) in a standard self service page.

Navigation : Receivables > Customers > Customer Site

My question, is this possible through personalization only? If not possible, do I need to create another page?

Please guide me here or share with me any useful links for solution.
