Will buyer setup affect on Supplier schedules generation?

Hi Oracle Friends,

Just need confirmation Buyer setup role in Supplier schedules generation.

We have assigned buyer at organization items and BPA level for an items. organization item lever default is inactive

May I know please, will buyer setup will affect on Supplier schedule generation  if Yes, which is primary either organization item lever buyer or BPA level?
