R12- Use of Project as a Program for Project Billing

Hi,

We have a requirement of linking multiple projects of a customer. The requirement is to send one Invoice for all such Projects, but to keep them separate since the validity dates, Key personnel , bill rate card is different for each project. I have come across Subproject linking functionality which allows us to link multiple Projects.

I have enabled the work plan structure as well as enabled the tick 'Use Project as Program'. At task level i have selected sub project linking

I have following doubts

1. How to establish linking between multiple Projects more than 2 may be 4/5

2. Can we use the billing data of all linked Projects to take out one consolidated AR Invoice which is required by Client
