Why Performance Summary (on right click of deployed application) link is disabledfor deployed custo

Performance Summary link which comes on right click of any deployed application in server. This link is disabled for my webcenter application which I deployed on server 11.1.1.7 weblogic sever. Someone please throw some light on the links which comes on the right click and how to enable and disable those links in menu.
