Business Function for Work Day Calendar

For EDI, we're working on a date calculation that will subtract days from the delivery date to get the pick date.  We want to make sure that the pick date is a working date so we need to incorporate the work day calendar into the calculation.  We've been looking for a business function that will work for us but haven't been able to locate one.Can someone point me in the right direction?
