Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. ODA X4-2 v2.10 to v12.1.2.2.0 - FlexASM Conversion Not Done

This past weekend I ran into issue #3 as outlined in doc id 1665754.1 (https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=385320150261399&id=1665754.1&_adf.ctrl-state=1a8y8zo43q_…) For all intents and purposes GI was upgraded to 12c however, the FlexASM conversion did not take place. This occurred on two X4-2 clusters. I have an open SR for this but was curious if anyone else had encountered this. I did not experience this with my V1 clusters coming from v2.10.
