Patching Question

Hi,

I have 3 node application server. I applied patch on 2 node and unable to applied on 3rd node due to system issue. I released application to business with 2 nodes. Then node 3 issue is fixed. Business made some transactional change. Can I apply patch on 3rd node? Is there any impact on system?
