STL deprecaiation with full year dep Jan-Jun half year Jul - Dec

We have a statutory requirement to have Straight Line depreciation but the first year if the asset is placed in service from Jan 1-Jun 30th take a full year deprecation regardless of placed in service date.  If the asset is placed in service Jul 1 - Dec 31 take 1/2 year depreciation regardless of service date.  How to do I set up the method to accomplish this?
