Hi, we are getting this message:

FRM-92104: A network error or server failure has occurred.

The request was sent to the wrong application server

(not the one which created the session).

The Forms client has attempted to migrate the session

5 time(s) without success.

You will need to restart your applications.

The application and the database are up and working fine.

In the Oracle Forms logs I see the following errors:

FRM-93652  .....  The runtime process has terminated abnormally.

FRM-91230 .......  Fatal error in runtime process: timeout on connection to Java client

FRM-93656 .......  Runtime process 31884 is terminating due to signal 14.

FRM-93654  .......  Runtime process 1234 is terminating due to external action.
