Managing Databases using Enterprise Manager (MOSC)

Is there some installer that will build the necessary tablespaces used for Enterprise Manager Cloud

Now that I have created a database to be used for an EM repository, what is the next step?  I only have the tablespaces created that are standard (SYSAUX, SYSTEM, UNDOTBS, TEMP, USERS).  Are there additional tablespaces that I need to create that will be used for this repository or is there some tool (installer) that will create these.  I am using a 12.1.0.2 database for the repository and I have applied patches 20243268 and 20299023 (subpatch 19769480).

If it is the regular installer that comes with EM cloud control 12.1.0.4 software, then if I am only going to be using EM to monitor 3 databases (a failover, a development, and a production), then what type of installation should I use (simple or advanced)?
