Can Project Asset Source Line description be change to something meaningful

hi,

  in the Capital Projects screen looking at Asset Source Lines our description is  expenditure type + invoice_id + invoice distribution_line_id.

this is not meaningful to the users at all.   Is there a way to update or configure the system to put invoice_number + invoice Line number on the asset description instead??
