Automatic JE for a Provision

Hi All,

How to create/setup the following Requirement in Oracle Apps:

The Apps should create a Auto Journal Entry of a Provision ( for Example Provision for Tax) at the Year End.  How can we achieve this requirement.

I really appreciate any suggestions/note ids in this regard.
