Error Message while edit the budget in excel

Hello Team,

I am working on setting up Oracle Project Accounting module for a new operating unit.  While editing the budget in excel,  I am getting a compile error.  This error does not appear for other operating unit where we are already using the project module.

Please let me know if this error message has some association  with the configuration.  I've tried multiple browsers without any success.
