Best Practice in handling employees with multiple assignments on multiple business group
Hi,
I would like to seek your opinion/advice whats the best way in handling employee records with multiple assignments on multiple business group, given that all these assignments are active. We cannot use global deployment functionality as this cannot handle the employee multiple assignments ,all active at the same time.
Scenario: Emp A - President of Company A
Emp A - Director of Company B
Emp A - Director of Company C
Please help.
