Siebel Email Response with implicit SSL?

As i know Siebel Email Response only support explicit SSL, that is mean the mail server should support STARTTLS command.

Since my client only applying implicit SSL in both POP3 and SMTP service, is there any solution to make Siebel Email Response can support implicit SSL without add/change email server configuration?
