Receiving for a future GL Encumbered Date

I have created a requisition with 3 lines - one each for 2015, 2016 and 2017 and encumbered date is in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

1. Profile "PO:Validate GL Period" is set to NO

2. Purchasing periods have been opened till 2017

3. Actual GL period is open only till APR-15. There is one future year.

4. Defined budget in 2015 only with absolute control. No budget defined in 2016 and 2017.

When the requisition was approved, oracle created commitments in respective years as per lines - in 2015, 2016 amd 2017 - This is OK.

When the PO was created against this requisiton, oracle converted commitment into obligation - This is OK

Now, I tried to receive all the 3 lines and oracle allowed to receive all the 3 lines and also for 2016 and 2017 lines, it created -ve encumbrance entry in 2015 and booked actuals also in 2015 - THIS is wrong.
