Siebel 8.1.1.10: When launching a popup applet from CTI toolbar, the applet opens in the background

Hi All,

I am using Siebel 8.1.1.10 in standard interactivity mode.

When launching a popup applet from CTI toolbar, the applet opens in the background instead of remaining in focus. This issue is seen only on Standard Interactivity and not on High Interactivity.

Could you please help me with a solution if any or is this a product bug?
