SmartView not connect with provider services

Hi gurus,

I have an error when try to connect smartview with Shared Services with port 19000, if I change the port to 28080 it connects fine, but with the 19000 I have the next error:

The provider running at URL:19000/workspace/SmartViewProviders is not a Shared Services provider.

All the services are running, it happeds in all clients machine with differents versions of Excel, we try to reconfigure web server but it didn`t work.

We can do the connection in the other enviroments, because this, I think that the problem is in the server, not in SmartView.

The version of the hyperion is 11.1.2.1.600
