Blank line at the end of etext template output file

HI All,

I have an issue in the Etext template file.I am getting blank line at the end of the output file.

I have changed the <New Record Character> to Carriage Retun and line feed and also tried by using chr(13) and chr(10) at the end of the line but still we are getting blank lineon output file.

Can some one please suggest the solution.
