ERROR data - error message from WizardFinish: MeasureStoreException: Store already exists in '/u01/o

The following error pops up while trying to create any workbook through wizard:-


ERROR data - error message from WizardFinish: MeasureStoreException: Store already exists in '/u01/oracle/mfp1401/domain/mfprtl/users/mfpadmin/t0000000004'.

We are unable to build any workbook due to this issue.

Please can someone suggest how may we resolve this issue?
