BPA Item not showing in iProcurement 12.1.3
We have created an Item and added it to the Global BPA and approved the BPA which typically allows this item to now be chosen as an Item for requisitioning in iProcurement. For some reason this particular one is not showing in iProcurement. We ran the Item Analyzer and got the followign error.
Error:This shows all item details if the ip_category_id = -2. This means these items MAY not appear in iProcurement,
Findings and Recommendations:
- An ip_category of -2 indicates that the mapping may not be correct between the purchasing and IP shopping categories.
- However the item may still appear in the search results if the content zone allows items without shopping categories
