Drill through link not available for the data load done when manual GL balance load is allowed for o

We have a peculiar requirement where users wish to load the functional currency data manually while the translated data would be loaded via automated ARM data load functionality. While testing this set up, we have turned the manual Source system balance upload to "yes" at profile level. The data load happened well for the translated bucket with this set up but the drill through link is not available. Not sure if any additional set up is required to have the drill through link work for this scenario. Please advise.
