Exchange Rates

Hi there,

I'm trying to determine how other users handle exchange rates in HFM including how they're loaded and what types of rates are used.

How do most users load exchange rates (simply through a data form)?  What rates are loaded (just month-end and average)?  Is there a way to automate the load of exchange rates from SAP?  Is it possible to create a dimension specifically for exchange rates?
