Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Batch Creation Error :Urgent

We are facing below issue in OPM , some times this issue is coming while creating batch but not always .Can any one suggest reason

Error in Batch Create Form : User-Defined Exception in Package INV_Quantity_Tree_PVT Procedure New_Tree_Node .

The above error is coming some time while creating OPM batch , when we keep on clicking ok button it work fine.
