Journal upload process hangs

Hello, When attempting to upload the journal the upload process hangs. This apparently, happned after the applying various microsoft security updates.

I tested also, if the Created upload template functionalty. This also failes.

We are in Oracle ebs 12.1.3. Client operating system is 12.1.3.
