Bill to address check in 'QA Check' in expired contract lines

Hi All,

How to restrict Bill to address check in 'QA Check' in expired contract lines. Error is coming as 'Bill to address is invalid on top line number 1', while line is in expired state. File OKSRQADB.pls  version is 115.167.11510.60 in our instance and we are in 11i.

Is there any data fix provided for this?
