Need to add special conditions while auto create delivery

We need to use other 3 fields which are not in the delivery grouping attributes.  Based on the multi selection of these lines in the shipping transactions form at lines tab. We need to validate these

additional 3 fields. If the condition is true then only we need to create a delivery. Else show warning or error message.

How can we achive this. Please share your inputs.
