GL line Drilldown not working

When we try to do a line drilldown from the entry or a drilldown from the Inquiry>Account form, we get to SLA and can  view the SLA entry but we cannot view the Transaction in AR. When we click “View Transaction” we are not taken to the AR transaction form screen. The system stays on the SLA screen.

GL line drill down is working fine in Mozilla browser. but Not working in internet explorer. Even we tried all IE versions (8,9,10)

ORACLE APPS Version 12.2.4

IE version : 8 or 9 or 10
