Failed to run regions from JDeveloper

Dear All

I am failing to run any region from jdeveloper whether it is standard region or custom region. Previously it was fine however I am sure I have not changed any settings in jdeveloper. Jdeveloper version is 10.1.3.3.0 and EBS version is 12.1.3 screen shot is attached for further clarification.
