SmartView Point of View issue

Hello every one . I hope this is an easy question.

Our version: Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.3.000

SmartView issue.

When I open a form with a predetermined point of view, and I try to send to
send the form to ad-hoc (by pressing the button "Analyze"), the
members on the page or point of view in the form does not transfer to the
ad-hoc form. This is a problem if the form calls for suppress missing rows and
the new point of view in the ad-hoc form does not have any valid rows of data.
