Collections not collecting data when MRP: Consume MPS is turned on

In production system profile option MRP:Consume MPS = NO; we changed this to YES; ran collections and ASCP collections will not pick-up WO, PO, PO Req. So, we made this profile back to NO; Ran collections again and every thing worked. How to do I turn on this without effecting ASCP collections? Did the same in our test ENV -- did not see this problem.

One observation -- looking at Doc ID: 372938.1

Few rows MRP_AP_PO_PO_SUPPLY_V.MRP_TO_ORGANIZATION_ID is populated for these data was collected in ASCP; all the others have null and data did not get collected. Once the profile option was set back to NO -- then all data is collected.
