Purging of Transactional Data from EBS R12.1.3

We need to purge all transactional data from all modules . we just want to retain the setup level and master Data in our application. Please advise.

As we want to use the current setup and all master data for a new company on test basis. But for the testing purpose we have to purge all transaction data from Financials, OPM, Procurement,Order Management.

Waiting for guidelines.
