OE Processing Constraints on calling procedure wrong number or type of argument error

Dear All

I have made a procedure which has been mapped in OE Processing Constraints. Requirement is user should not able to change customer details like number or name. When try to change customer name or number wrong number or type of argument error appears. Screen shot is attached for clarification.
