SLA modification not working for Event Type COGS Recognition

Dear All,

We have some modification for Event Class - Sales Order Type; Event Class - All on the basis of Shipment Number. This modification working properly for Event Type - Sales Order Issue and hitting DCOGS as desired. However, the same is not working properly for Event Type - COGS Recognition and there is no impact of SLA change on COGS or DCOGS accounts.

Can you help me on this issue. If we have made changed with event type as 'All' ,it should work for all and not for selective one.
