Pre-approved expenditure Web ADI

Hello Team,

We are working on new operating unit roll-out for project accounting where we are having following two challenges.

1. Business would like to restrict expenditure type list of values to only system Linkage function having value as  PJ.  Currently each expenditure type is appearing twice one for PJ and another for VI.

2.  For new operating unit, I used the existing project organization hierarchy.  After selecting the operating unit value in the header of the web adi template, Organization name list of value is not showing any values.  However existing operating unit web ADI spreadsheet is showing organization values.

Please let me know if anyone of you can help me with this requests.
