Patch 20203366 hung

Hi Team,

Trying to apply patch 20203366.  It hangs when attempting to create this index and will not proceed any further.

0 running, 27 ready to run and 5272 waiting.  However when looking at adctrl, it says pjit097.odf running.  Log file says:

Reading objects from ODF file

Reading table PJI_FM_AGGR_FIN7 ...

*** Reading objects from PJI schema

Reading table PJI_FM_AGGR_FIN7 from PJI schema ...

*******************************************************

The table is missing the index PJI_FM_AGGR_FIN7_N1

or index PJI_FM_AGGR_FIN7_N1 exists on another table.

Create it with the statement:

Start time for statement below is: Thu Apr 30 2015 21:00:44

CREATE INDEX PJI.PJI_FM_AGGR_FIN7_N1 ON PJI.PJI_FM_AGGR_FIN7 (PROJECT_ID,
