How to presonalize the radio button in the coverage type region to default to "Organization Hierarch

Hi,

Responsibility: HRMS Manager

Navigation:--

Work Structure --> Calendar Events --> Enter and Maintain Events

Click the button "Create"

Now the form "Create Calendar Events" has the region "Coverage type" with the defaulted radio button to "Geography Hierarchy".

In Our requirement, there has to be only one choice i.e. "Organization Hierarchy"

Please help me in

  How to presonalize the radio button in the coverage type region to default to "Organization Hierarchy" in "Create Calendar Event"  .
