Data not visible for any of the Data Types in Siebel Repository

Hi,

Since afternoon today we are not able to see any of the Data for the Siebel Objects in the Siebel Tools be it Applets, Business Component and so on.However there is a record corresponding to the Repository, i.e. Siebel Repository. Because of this issue, we are not able to perform the Check in/ Check out and even the application is not opening as expected.We assumed earlier that this issue is related to the Database and hence assigned this to the DBA team but have got the response that the DB is working fine and we need to check for any issue
