How to Create Usage Based Item Line Service Contract Against Quotation in Service Contract?

HI Every One!

How can i create Usage Based Item Line Service Contract through Quotation, means first i want to create Quote and share it with customer and Negotiation, after completing Negotiation and Customer Acceptance Create Usage Based Item Line Service Contract against Accepted Quotation in Oracle R12.1.3. Kindly help me & if any one have related documents share it to me.
