R47121 works differently compared to P4114

Just wanted to check with the community to understand why R47121 is working differeny when compared to P4114. In P4114 in the process tab sl no 4, there is an option to specifiy how the how the adjustment quantity is handled.

Blank=Disallow negative quantity (this option disallows negative quantity available and there by quantity on hand)

1= All negative available (this option allows both negative available and negative on-hand)

2= Disallow negative quantity on-hand (this allows negative available but does not allow negative on-hand)

But when using R47121 we dont have the above option. There is only one option in the "Processing Tab". This is the option 2, 'Enter 1 to allow over issue of Item". But this option if set with value of blank then works like the option blank on P4114. When set to "1", it works equivalent to option 1 in P4114 ie it allows both negative available and on-hand. But we dont have an option equivalent to option 2 in P4114. Just wanted to check how this option can be achieved using R47121.
