Can Supplier W8/W9 be uploaded via iSupplier Registration portal?

We are in a process of implementing Oracle iSupplier portal and wanted to know if our Supplier be able to upload their Tax W8/W9 form as a attachment

when we send them our iSupplier Registration link?

We are currently on EBS release 12.1.3 and planning to upgrade to Oracle EBS 12.2. X some time later this year or next year.

Can you please confirm if the upload of attachement is possible via iSupplier Registration on release 12.2.4 or 12.2.5 ?
