Holiday Rule
Can you please confirm if my understanding is correct - when I set up a holiday rule, and the holiday falls within the workflow duration, does the system
adjust the end date of the work flow accordingly? For example if my preparer workflow is from April 10 - April 17, and April 13 is a holiday, will the system then change the due date for the preparer to April 14? I am testing in 11.1.2.4 and it is not behaving as I expected.
Another question - how do I exclude weekends from being counted in the duration of the workflow? I set my preparer duration to 7 days, but I want it to be 7 working days not calendar days.
