I need some help upgrading a 3820 from ECX6.4.0m4p1 to ECZ7.3.0p2

I have followed what instructions I could find on how to perform this upgrade but it locks up on reboot. Any advice, direction, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

First I upgrade the bootloader:

From:

Bootloader Info

CPU and BIOS info:

     Intel(R) Celeron(R) M CPU        440  @ 1.86GHz

     BIOS Info

     ---------------

     BIOS Date: 05/18/10

Next I renamed nnECZ730p2.32.boot to bootloader.

Next I uploaded bootloader and nnECZ730p2.32.bz to /boot.

Next I changed the bootparam "file name" to /boot/nnECZ730p2.32.bz
