Have to Change Attribute Control from Master to Organization level

Hi,

We have some of countrys  have gone Live with Oracle Inventory  and now there was a need of changing some of Status Attribute control from Master Level to Organization level, Considering some of Business requirements.

And we come to know changing of this attribute control will impact in global, since this configuration is something instance level. We would like to know the actual impact for changing this attribute control.

Also if possible would like to know if there is any workaround to overcome this requirement.
