Password Questions About MGMTDB

Hi

This is Clusterware 12.1.0.2 on Oracle Linux 6.  The MGMTDB is nearing 95% full on tablespace SYSMGMTDATA.  I have not changed this database; all its settings are as deployed by OUI.

I'd like to change the sys and system passwords.  Is there any reason not to do so from SQL*Plus?  Parameter password_file=exclusive is set on the container, but I can't locate a password file either in ASM or at $ORACLE_HOME/dbs.

Any issues with changing sys and system passwords?  Where's the password file for sys?
