what is the CSCDBA user in EBS 12.1.3 ?

We are usign EBS 12.1.3

We recently noticed a user called CSCDBA in the DBA_USERS table , this user was created right after the WIP, APPS user etc .. and before the TRACESVR, CZ and other APPS modules.

So I assume this user was created as part of the EBS install, but I was not able to find any information on this user

Any feedback is appreciated
