Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Procedure Needed to upload Explorer for PAC

Hi,

I am trying to link the uploaded explorers from existing case which is of 1 day old to generate PAC report.

When I open PAC, that explorer is not displayed. How can get the explorer linked to PAC?

Or what is the normal procedure to upload the explorer to generate the PAC report?
