AP Duplicate Check Prints

We occassionally have issues with duplicate check prints. For example, the check run covers check# 4942 - 4990. 4942 - 4960 printed first and 4942 - 4990 got printed right after. As a result, check 4942 - 4960 were printed twince. This problem seems to occure only when we have more than 20 checks in the same check run. We have validated this is not a user issue, nor printer issue. Can anyone please shed some lights on solution? Thanks!
